Choice CyberSecurity’s COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Business Continuity Plan

As we continue to witness the impact of the COVID-19 virus on the world, we wanted to take the time to inform you that our team is here for you.

Although we do not anticipate a significant impact on our ability to continue to deliver our services, we wanted to provide peace of mind to our customers and partners.

As the number of diagnosis continue to rise, we’ve implemented the below measures to ensure business continuity and protect the health of our employees:

  • We have canceled all business travel and recommended that our team avoids non-urgent personal travel as well.

  • We require any employee that boards an aircraft, either domestically or abroad, to work from home for a 14-day precautionary period before coming back to the office.

  • We are no longer accepting visitors in our offices and have canceled all planned events, parties, meet-ups, and conferences.

  • We have shared best practice health tips with our team and continue to keep them updated on a daily basis.

  • We have placed extra hand sanitizing stations throughout the office and increased the frequency of office cleaning.

  • We recommend that each team member increases the frequency of their desk cleaning schedule to multiple times each week

  • We provided disinfectant wipes are provided for desk or communal area cleaning needs

  • We have reduced on-site interviews to a minimum, proceeding with video interviews instead.

  • We have cancelled all on-site client presentations and will be moving forward with virtual presentations over a secure conference bridge

While our team continues to work as usual, we are preparing for different scenarios, including the possibility of our entire team working remotely if required. As a service provider, with a cloud-based infrastructure, we are prepared to manage business continuity challenges virtually.

We anticipate no impact to our services and are confident in our ability to meet expectations and provide deliverables as usual, with no interruption. We have ensured that our team members have whatever they need to work remotely if needed and to continue doing their jobs securely. We have increased channels of internal communication, and as always, prioritize communication with you, our partners, customers and clients, so you can remain focused on your business challenges and goals.

We will continue to meticulously monitor news from the CDC and World Health Organization, among other sources and guidelines, and are committed to reassessing the situation and adjusting our plans accordingly. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or inquiries.
